Q: I am having issues at work with someone in the Human Resources Department which all stem from me being single. I have heard that there are firms that perform investigations on public companies' HR policies and am wondering if you know of any of them. If not, how can I protect myself from an evil yet high-powered person who is supposed to have my best interests in mind.
It is probably not necessary to hire a firm to investigate your company’s HR policies. Most companies make this information accessible through the Employee Handbook or HR portal on the firm’s intranet. HR Policies are written for managers, supervisors and employees to better understand the policies and procedures specific to the company as well as federal and state guidelines.Set as favorite Bookmark Email this Comments (0) Subscribe to this comment's feed
