Issues with the H.R. Department

Q: I am having issues at work with someone in the Human Resources Department which all stem from me being single. It is probably not necessary to hire a firm to investigate your company’s HR policies. Most companies make this information accessible through the Employee Handbook or HR portal on the firm’s intranet. HR Policies are written for managers, supervisors and employees to better understand the policies and procedures specific to the company as well as federal and state guidelines.
