Beating Boredom this Season

Q: I am so bored of my new workout and was wondering if there were new classes this season that could re inspire me. I know that many gyms add new programs in the fall and was hoping you could fill me in on the latest trends. -Jaime, Newton, MA


 

I can understand how a workout can get boring overtime and I'm glad to hear you're looking for options to spice things up and stay on track. Clubs are taking notice of the fact that people like to have fun while they workout so most have dance themed classes to get your heart rate up. Everything from Salsa to Zumba, even Belly Dancing! Also, making a comeback is good old fashioned Step. It was always a smart concept and clubs are adding twists and new music.
